Live Group Meditations

Are you a team leader who wants to offer an additional layer of self-care support for your team without a big commitment? Are you an individual seeking to build your community of support and hold yourself accountable to establish a regular mindfulness practice? Look no further!

 

Join us on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 - 9:30 am PDT for live online drop-in meditations. These guided mindfulness-based stress reduction practices are open to the public to drop in as needed and offered through Zoom. How does it work? Simple. Register for a class and either show up or don't.  You will only be charged if you show up.
