Parent Workshop

This workshop is for parents who are looking to enhance their well-being and acquire skills and resources for recovering from stress and building resilience, which in turn, positively affects their children. Mindfulness is top of mind these days, and while it’s being implemented into school curriculum and integrated into staff development, most parents are being left behind.  That’s where I come in! During our time together families will learn:

  • the neuroscience behind mindfulness and emotion regulation

  • easy-to-adopt techniques to deactivate the stress response system and build resilience

  • shared language aimed at improving family communication and creating a nurturing home environment that supports the mindfulness practices and principles introduced in school curriculums

Live Group Meditations

Are you a team lead who wants to offer an additional layer of self-care support for your team without a big commitment? Are you an individual seeking to build your community of support and hold yourself accountable to establish a regular mindfulness practice? Look no further!

 

Join us on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 - 9:30 am PDT for live online drop-in meditations. These guided mindfulness-based stress reduction practices are open to the public to drop in as needed and offered through Zoom. How does it work? Simple. Register for a class and either show up or don't.  You will only be charged if you show up.

 

The first two classes are free! Then it's $20 per class or $55 for an unlimited monthly pass.

Gratitude Walk

Feeling stuck? Let's get moving and (re)connect with nature. During this mindful movement and gratitude practice, we will celebrate the abundant beauty of the Bay Area while exploring your innate wisdom and the natural world as inspiration for integrating flow, grace, and ease into your creative projects and daily operating model. This service is intended as an intimate one-on-one offering but can be designed to accommodate larger groups for a negotiated price.
